Terms and Conditions

  • Welcome to Keep My Bag App, operated by Keep My Bag ("we", "us", or "our"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the App, which allows users to pay for and control lockers for storing personal belongings, as well as create user accounts.

    By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

    • The App allows users to:

      • Locate and access smart lockers.

      • Pay for locker usage through integrated payment systems.

      • Securely store personal belongings.

      • Create and manage user accounts.

    • Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account.

    • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

    • Any misuse of lockers, fraudulent transactions, or violation of these Terms may result in account suspension or termination.

    Users must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use the App.

  • Users are required to pay the applicable fees to use lockers. Prices are displayed before payment confirmation.

    Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. We do not store complete payment details but may retain transaction records as required by law.

    Fees are generally non-refundable. However, users may be entitled to refunds in cases of service failure, technical malfunctions, or cancellations within statutory cooling-off periods under EU consumer protection laws.

    Refund requests should be submitted through keepmybaglv@gmail.com and will be processed within 14 days.

  • Lockers must be used solely for lawful purposes.

    Users must not store prohibited items, including but not limited to:

    • Hazardous or flammable materials.

    • Illegal substances or stolen goods.

    • Perishable food items.

    • Items exceeding the locker’s weight or size capacity.

    We reserve the right to inspect lockers if we suspect a violation of these terms or in cases of emergency.

    If a user fails to retrieve belongings within the paid period, additional charges may apply, or items may be removed in accordance with local regulations.

  • The App and lockers are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

    We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of property due to theft, damage, or misuse.

    We are not responsible for third-party services (e.g., payment providers, mobile networks) that may affect service availability.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice if users violate these Terms.

    Users may delete their accounts at any time, but any outstanding fees remain payable.

    If an account is terminated due to a violation, no refunds will be issued.

  • We may update these Terms and Conditions as needed. Continued use of the App after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
